• ALL DOCUMENTS MUST HAVE THE SAME DATED date.
  • Example top line of contract "contract dated" must be the same as on addendums "for contract dated"
• IF APPLICABLE BOTH CONTACT AND BANK ADDENDUM MUST HAVE THE SAME CLOSING DATE.

Getting the bank seller to sign your offer and ratify the deal

If your offer was countered and you except there are banks that will not sign off on docs with cross outs and initials. To prevent a delay in getting the sellers signatures you should send us a new contract and addendums with no cross outs and all signatures and initials.
